Through conducting and composition, until he devoted himself to the plastic arts, Lavi's path was fruitful and full. Over time, he became a creator who knows how to find the exact visual language to express his personality: whether it's in his paintings of the beach in Achziv, or in the emotional mosaics he assembles from scraps and abandoned materials.
Lavi, who was an art teacher, and educated a generation of young artists in conceptual art, left a mark not only in their personal world but also in the landscape of Israeli art.
